The business sends a QR code to its customers, which is scanned using a mobile phone and leads directly to the payment platform developed by Wispok. This QR code is linked to a unique Wispok customer account, making it exclusive and personalized. The platform will display the specific payment balance for that particular customer.
  1. Access the chatbot through a link on the institution’s website or by scanning a WhatsApp QR code.
  2. In this chat, you are asked for a reference to identify themselves.
  3. Subsequently, the chatbot displays the name on the receipt, the payment due date, and the payment balance. This is to confirm if the user’s account is correct.
  4. If it’s correct, the chatbot sends a unique link for making the payment.
  5. This link takes the user directly to the payment page for that specific receipt, without needing to input additional information.
  6. After the payment, the user will receive their payment receipt via email and through a WhatsApp chat message.
